Impact Brands was founded in 2017 with a single mission: to have extraordinary impact on the brands and people we work with.
We are a collective of talented marketing and sales team members and enjoy working with emerging to mid-sized businesses.
We are a remote team, working across the country in client offices, from home or our Plano, Texas co-working office.
We aim to leave a lasting positive impact on top and bottom lines, and position brands for long-term success. We approach each of our clients with fresh eyes to develop customized, unique strategies.
IMPACT CORE VALUES
We make business decisions through the lens of our core values.
We invested time and energy early on to define our core values. We manage our business, from team member culture fit to the way we approach our client partnerships, through our core values.
ACT WITH INTEGRITY, 100% OF THE TIME.
BELIEVE IN BALANCE.
DELIVER DAMN GOOD WORK.
REMEMBER, WE'RE ALL HUMAN.
Our Founder & President
After a tough bout with meningitis in 2015, Jenn recognized more than ever, that we only get one shot at life. Her family is her everything and despite having tremendous success in business, being present for family and making an impact on the lives of others is how she's most fulfilled. She founded Impact Brands with that in mind -- to build a company that helps other people and their businesses achieve greater success.
Jennifer is a North Texas native who has invested more than twenty years in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Prior to launching Impact Brands, she was Sr. Director of Sales & Strategy for international brand Jamba Juice, where she led national marketing, sales programming (gift cards, catering & delivery) and business development (CPG & franchise marketing.)
From 2013 to 2016, Jennifer led the incredibly successful growth initiative for Zoes Kitchen catering efforts, building, training and leading a national sales and field marketing team of 60 that increased catering revenue from $11M to $49M within three years.
Regarded as an expert in building, growing and managing sales programs, Jennifer has used her knowledge of marketing, sales leadership, off-premise sales, strategy and training to transform numerous businesses. Her experience ranges across the industry, including small companies to multi-million-dollar corporations, private, franchise, and publicly-traded.
In 2015, Jennifer and her husband, Daryl Parker, founded their non-profit organization, Actual Innocence Review. AIR advocates for criminal justice reform and fights for those who have been wrongfully convicted in the state of Texas. Jennifer has also founded, grown and sold a number of small businesses. With her first hand knowledge and understanding of small business challenges, Jennifer also leads the charge for Impact Brands business audit & strategy sessions.
FROM HER PEERS
I've had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for nearly 2 years and I've seen our teams and our business thrive as a direct result of her impact. Jennifer is thoughtful, incredibly sharp, highly strategic and a brilliant salesperson. She is measured in her approach, highly detailed and sees strategic solutions that are often hard for others to find. But of all her talents, I've been most impressed with the kind of leader she is. Her fierce loyalty and unwavering support of her team makes her the kind of boss who will challenge you to be your best while also being a joy to work with. While her results speak loudly on their own, her team and coworkers would share the praise and respect that speak to someone who is not just a rare talent, but a lifelong leader. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!
