JENNIFER PARKER
Founder & President
Jennifer Parker is a North Texas native who has invested more than twenty years in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Before launching Impact Brands, she was Sr. Director of Sales & Strategy for the international brand Jamba Juice. She led national marketing, sales programming (gift cards, catering & delivery), and business development (CPG & franchise marketing.)
Jennifer led the incredibly successful growth initiative for Zoes Kitchen, building, training, and leading a national sales and field marketing team of 60 that increased revenues from $10M to $49M within three years.
Regarded as an expert in marketing, along with building, growing, and managing sales programs, Jennifer has used her knowledge, leadership, strategic prowess to transform numerous businesses. Her experience ranges from small companies to multi-million-dollar corporations, including private, franchise, and publicly-traded.
In 2015, Jennifer and her husband, Daryl Parker, founded their non-profit organization, Actual Innocence Review. AIR advocates for criminal justice reform and fights for the wrongfully convicted in Texas. Jennifer has founded, grown, and sold several small businesses. With her first-hand knowledge and understanding of SMB challenges, Jennifer also leads the charge for our business audits & strategic sessions.
Beginning in early 2023, Jennifer has served on the Board of Directors for the McKinney Philharmonic Orchestra, and leads their marketing efforts.
